The Trams of Melbourne

The Trams of Melbourne
The Trams of Melbourne. I was awed by the iconic trams of Melbourne the first time I’ve been to the city. The first thing that registered into my mind is how I wish we have these kind of transport system back home instead of the un-efficient jeepneys that snail crawl the streets of Metro Manila. There are also trams on other cities of Australia, I have seen them in Adelaide and at least 1 line in Sydney, but the Melbourne Trams Network very developed. The trams are the main public transport in large portion of Melbourne. The trams extend to most of the adjacent suburbs

There is even a tram line especially for tourist and visitors called City Circle Tram. It's a free tourist tram line that operates around the Central Business District, tourist attraction places and landmarks around Melbourne.
